Can I enroll if my loss is not recent?    YES. All families
are welcome to enroll, regardless of when the loss occurred.

Can I participate if I am not a customer of El Campanario?   YES.
The program is open to everyone, regardless of whether they have a business relationship with the company. In addition, we confirm that your information will never be used for commercial purposes.

What if I don’t want to participate in any part of the program? 
Families decide their level of participation. The program is designed to keep the families in control at all times.

I don’t want anyone to know that I enrolled: All information provided by the family is completely confidential and will never be shared..

Do I have to live in Guatemala to enroll?   You don’t have to live in Guatemala. The program is designed so that any family in any country in the world can participate.

How much do I have to pay to enroll?   Because it’s a community service, the program is free of charge for grieving families.

Do you accept donations?  YES. Although the Foundation is a non-profit organization, donations are needed and will be used to bring the «Remember Me» program to many more families located in countries around the world.
